Seems fairly simple but I coulndn't find it in the documentation.
I just want to open a folder that will display on the desktop.
right now I type in: start > run > D:\www\sites ... and this folder opens
How do I do this is mscheduler?

If I'm understanding your question correctly the Run Program function should do the trick.
Run Program>Explorer.exe D:\www\sites......
You might have to enter the path for Explorer.exe
