Newbie cannot install on XP SP2 -- HELP

i cannot install the latest because windows complains that the .exe is not signed. Anyone now how to disable this stupid "feature"? thanks in advance.

But the .exe *IS* signed. We sign all our software with a Verisign Authenticode certificate.
