LOL! I get the same feeling working with MS. But I also get that feeling in the morning after making it to the bathroom with no accidents. Ha-ha.

I wake up in the morning like that
Then it goes away quickly. Worse as I get older 
That being said I do feel like that at times with MS.
It's a great product that I hope stays around for a long time. I remember the early v4. It has come along way.
