Side button mouse as Left button

Hi, I have a mouse that has side buttons, but I want to change one of the side buttons to act as left button.
The mouse software does not allow this, but if you can associate a keyboard macro to the button with the mouse software.
We associate the button ALT + F9 and do a script in macro scheduler associated with that hotkey, which is Lclick.

With this I get it to work, but does not allow or select multiple files by pressing CTRL or drag a window.

Is it possible to get one of these two options?
