Hi,
I'd like to hear from the rest of you all, what is your favorit script command? What is the most powerful script command?
My personal favorit is
RegEx> which let me search through a mass of text and in one row add the results as array and from there take care of them one by one. The same command also give me the size of the array. Super powerful if you ask me!
The only thing I miss with RegEx> is that I would like to know where the RegEx result was found within the text.

Yes, RegEx> is a super function. But my favorite is Dialog>. I have many scripts that do important work that do not have Dialog> anywhere in them. But my favorite scripts, the ones I'm most happy with, all make use of and are centered around Dialogs.

+1 on that. Dialog is the thing that let my users interact with the script. Without Dialog they would not like my scripts as much as they do!

Wow Grovkillen, you sure came up with a tough question here! While considering this, and believe me, I have carefully considered this, I've decided that my favorite Macro Scheduler (MS) command is, SetControlText. SetControlText is always pinpoint accurate and that's so important when automating something as touchy as Windows.
Next week my answer to this question would likely change. The nature of MS almost seems to dictate this because I'm always amazed when I find something new that I can do with MS.
Best Wishes,
Monkster
