Hi,
I've downloaded the eval version. I've created my macro and when I click run it appears to be doing what I want it to, but I cannot see how to run this on remote machines and that is what I need to do. I'm not sure if the eval version is the full pro version or not.
I think I might have misunderstood what "Run compiled scripts on multiple PCs" means. I was thinking it would mean I could run my script on PC's remotely but I am now thinking it just means the file is an exe and can be run on any PC, but not deployed remotely.
If that is the case, does anyone know of a good way I can deploy my script to several remote machines?
Thanks in advance.
Eval version remote deployment

Yes, it means that the script can be compiled to a .exe file and you can put that .exe file on other machines. You need Pro to be able to do that.
To run a macro on another machine, whether remotely or otherwise, the macro (or .exe version of it) is going to need to be on it in the first place.
If you're looking for a way to *trigger* macros remotely (i.e. across the network/internet) we offer the Remote Controller add-on. This adds in to Macro Scheduler so you would still need Macro Scheduler running on the remote machine(s) (Let's call that PC-B). You would then be able to make a request from elsewhere (Say PC-A) to trigger a macro to run on PC-B.
Various other options exist such as using Remote Desktop or LogMeIn or similar - and if you do not want to or cannot put the macro or Macro Scheduler on that remote machine you could still automate it across the Remote Desktop/LogMeIn/VNC/Whatever window.
Here's a video I posted recently showing Macro Scheduler automating a remote Ubuntu desktop in such a way, using VNC:
