support for writing UTF-8

I would like to be able to create UTF-8 text.

let>WLN_ENCODING=UTF-8
writeln>utf-8.txt,x,Swedish åäöÅÄÖ test

I'm not sure if there will be a lot of users who will benefit on this that will be worth the time but nice idea.
