How to check if any new button or label added

Dear Users I am trying to write a code to check if any new labels or buttons
added to my registration window page.I need to know If any new things added other then what exists your response is much appreciated

Capture a screen shot then each day compare a current screen shot.

It is one option. I am sure there are others...

Could you grab the text from the screen and compare that over time?
