If I have the printer selected as Adobe Acrobat pdfWriter, is there a way to output the file with a specific name? For example, running an Access macro, and then print the report with a specific name: Report.pdf.
Any help is appreciated.

In the macro section for Access, using OutputTo there is an option field for the filename. If left blank, you will be prompted for a value. Need to enter the complete path and filename.
Hope this was helpful..................good luck,
