I am a experienced MS user. I am not a professional programmer.
I need help choosing an approach to automate an IE webpage.
The webpage HTML code is very sparce. It like it calls a Java applet.CAB file to create the bulk of the webpage functionality.
I am currently using MS v.9
I would like to write MS macros that I can share with other people. I wish to minimize MouseMove commands and similar commands to minimize support needed for the other users of the script.
Should I upgrade to v.10 PRO and use image commands or purchase WebRecorder (I do not think this will work) or does anyone have another suggestion.
Thanks in advance for the help.

If it is a Java app then WebRecorder won't help. The best approach would be to use image recognition.
