Is there a way to insert in the currently being written log file, the result of a 'ReadFile' operation ?

Also, in general, is there a way to write what we want in the log file ?

Example: We are now at iteration %k%.

On the same subject, is there a way to open a small dialog at the beginning of the script, that would stay opened or minimized if you want for the whole duration of the script, but in which the message inside would be updated in realtime?

Something like:

Message>We just performed iteration %k%.
