Where is my copy?
I have been using MSCHED for quite a few years now, and wanted to upgrade to 7 something. I bought the upgrade, but when I wanted to retrieve it, my email adress was not acknowledged. I have mailed the support but no response. Anybody here experienced the same?
Yes. I emailed support, and in less than 24 hours they got back to me, fixed the issue and had me running with the latest MSched.
P.S. This is the second thread you have started about your problem in less than 12 hours. Please don't start any more threads about the same thing. Just have patience, they will fix it for you... you're not going to get screwed.
