Getting yesterday date

I try to get the yesterday date, i got the thing work but the format off 1 digit

example: today date is 20070209 and i want the result 20070208
but i got 2007028 (missing a Zero infront of the

month>the_month
Year>the_year
Let>the_day=the_day-1
MessageModal>%the_year%%the_month%%the_day%

Your code will not work on the 1st of the month, one of the examples in this thread should work for you.
