MScheduler and MS Visual Studios

I am wondering if mscheduler could create a VBScript that gets input from a .net website that was created using MS Visual Studios. After getting input from the website an if/else statement would be exectuted. For example a user click 1 on the website, this would activate a function created using mscheduler. Could someone help me on this.
