Error using trial version compiler.

Post by doylal00 » Thu Sep 28, 2006 4:47 am

I have the trial version of Macro Scheduler and the Compiler and I recently tried to compile a macro. After entering the path and selecting the icon, I got an error: "Cannot compile due to incomplete installation." I also receive this error when I compile from the command line.

I rebooted the computer, logged in (I am an admin on this machine), downloaded and reinstalled both Macro Scheduler and the Compiler but I am still getting this error message. Any ideas?

Try the following:

1. Delete this file:
c:\program files\mjt net ltd\macro scheduler\msrt.exe

2. Redownload and Reinstall the Compiler Eval (compiler_eval.exe)

Important: Make sure you install the compiler into your Macro Scheduler directory - the installer should detect that, but check it. Install it to the same folder that Macro Scheduler's exe (msched.exe) is installed in.

Does that fix it?

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?

Yes, that fixed the problem. I can now compile the macros without any errors.

Thank you!
