Can Macro Scheduler detect if a specific window is minimized or maximized?

Yes, start Notepad and then run this script:

GetWindowHandle>Notepad*,hwnd
LibFunc>User32,IsIconic,rI,hwnd
LibFunc>User32,IsZoomed,rZ,hwnd
If>rI=1
  MessageModal>Minimized
Else
  If>rZ=1
    MessageModal>Maximized
  Else
    MessageModal>Regular
  Endif
