Post by hobbits1982 » Tue Feb 21, 2006 3:44 pm

I am a begineer of using macro scheduler.
If I want to get the value displaying from a program and copy it into a text, for example the value 7.0 that was displaying in a software.(I using a pH meter that can directly connected to computer, and the software used will display the value of the pH value), can this be done??If can, can somebody help me plz.

Hi,

It might be possible, it might not be possible. The answer and the solution depends on the structure of the application window you wish to extract the text from. If you are able to provide any information about that window - maybe a screen shot at least, we may be able to give you some ideas.

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?

Can you quote the make/model of pH meter? If it's a simple serial data interface you may be able to read the value directly from the instrument.
