A button to Hide Remarks

Post by KWiz » Wed Jan 09, 2008 6:04 pm

When Macroscheduler is open, and you are studying the code of a particular script, especially a long script, I think it would be very helpful if there was a button (perhaps up next to the RUN button) that said, "Hide Remarks". Each time this button is pushed, all lines in the code which are "remarks" would disappear/reappear.

When programming a script, I think it would be especially useful to be able to toggle between viewing the script with remarks, and then viewing the script without remarks. It's important to keep the remarks in the script so that you can remember what you've been doing, but I think it's also important to view the script without remarks so that you can see clearly what you have done. It is only when you see your script clearly that you can decide whether or not to tweak it further.
