WatchList behavior

Post by JRL » Wed Oct 11, 2006 6:43 pm

I mentioned this back in July. The watchlist is a wonderful debugging tool but when there are multiple screens full of information, it gets difficult to follow the variables. No matter where you have placed the WatchList window scroll bar, pressing F8 refreshes the window causing it to jump back to the top lines.

Is there any way to force the watchlist to stay at the currently viewed location when F8 is pressed and the watchlist is refreshed? It would make viewing the changes for a particular variable much easier.

Thanks for listening,
Dick

Missed that somehow. Watch out for the next beta build - 025. There'll be an option "Lock Watch List Position" in the debug menu.
