I had to reinstall MS (11.1.08a).
1) I retrieve all the macros but without hotkeys
2) Now MS is already active (before , I had to start it manually ; I prefered that option because there are other users on my PC)

NB : Of course you can settle the problem with the usual RUN-MSCONFIG-Start... but it is not the expected answer
