Quickbuttons hides my taskbar and other quickbuttons bars

I have a problem with my quickbuttons.
Well we know that the quickbuttons bar is supposed to appear above the taskbar.
Well mine is over the taskbar and the taskbar is not set to autohide.

Now when I load a new quickbuttons bar it displays it in front of the other quickbuttons bar.

I try to use this program all the time where I can and now its frustrating me.
IM not sure if its a bug or not.
Anyone know if this bug can be fixed?

so ive now closed the quicklbutton bar and then reopened it and now it works.
Is there anyway to avoid me having to restart it all the time.
its annoying.
