I may be being dumb here but when a macro is compiled and run on another PC ( not running Macro Scheduler ) can it still be timed.
In other words does it still obey the "Run When" settings?

If you mean does it remember the schedule set up within Macro Scheduler, the answer is no. The schedule is a part of the Macro Scheduler software. You can only schedule macros using the software.
You can schedule an executable by using Windows Scheduler found in Control Panel. Or you can set up the executable to be active 100% of the time so that it can set itself in motion at a predetermined time. So you can schedule an executable on a computer that does not have Macro Scheduler installed. Its just not as simple as using Macro Scheduler.
