Assign shortcut keys to buttons on Dialog

I was unable to find any help on this in the manual and I was wondering if there is a way to assign shortcut keys on a button in a compiled macro. For instance in Word if you look at Exit there is a line under the x so that it is a know shortcut.

You do this by putting a & character before the character that should be the hotkey. E.g. if you want this:

Cancel

Then you enter

&Cancel
