Locking user out of network for a time period

Is there someway in Marco Scheduler to lock out a file or files from being used or opened by a user, put will allow the files to be updated. The problem is that users arew leaving PC's on and open to to a Access database that is updated from our MRP system. I cannot lockout all users, I need to lock out these Access files only.

You might want to consider adding a timer for inactivity in Access that will shut done Access.
