Window doesn't show, focus on desktop

When I open a compiled Access database application manually I can click in form fields, enter data, and save the data. I recorded a macro to do the same but at the point where the Access app should open the macro activities aren't visible and it seems the mouse is interacting with my Windows desktop. Ideas?

You may be missing WaitWindowOpen> and SetFocus> commands before the MouseMove commands.
