Change SMTP in Outlook2003

Hi,

I have been trying to set up a macro to run as I open Outlook to change the SMTP according to my location. My idea was to check the IP and then change the SMTP according to the answer. Unfortunately, I have run into problems.
Is it possible to script this in VB? I just dont want to keep on wasting time if not.

Provide sample code that fails and explain error symptoms.
