Setfocus>Google Chrome

Post by johnnygrr » Tue Feb 02, 2010 11:03 pm

Hi guys,
I need my macro to be able to set focus on a Google Chrome window, that has a different window title every time I run the macro? Any thoughts?
I have it using Alt + F4 at the moment, but its not perfect!
Thanks for your help,
J

I've never used Google Chrome but with most other browser windows some portion of the window title is consistent. For example my current browser can be focused using:

SetFocus>Mozilla Firefox*

(Note the asterisk ( * ) at the end.)

Even though the actual windows title is much longer and is unique to the page I'm viewing

i downloaded google's new browser and im now feeling guilty about leaving firefox in the dust. its addons were the best part of it but will chrome get any of those. i mean it created most of the ones i use (google notebook, gmail notifier, and inline definitions) and what about google toolbar, i know using it to search is pointless but what about autofill and search images. will google eventually put those on along with other addons? google chrome is good but just seems too simple should i return to firefox or wait and see what google will come up with next?
