Clicking in a minimized window

Is it possible to have the mouse active in a minimized window? For instance say at restored state the window is located at 0,0. Is it possible to have this window minimized and have the macro clicking and still affecting that minimized window as if it was located at 0,0? I want to have some things automated but I don't want to be watching it and not be able to use my computer the whole time.
