I think you might be the guy who has been emailing us the same issue at support, but obviously not receiving our responses. You can view our replies online by the way - thereby circumventing any email delivery issues. Here: http://www.mjtnet.com/hd/view.php
Not sure why the compiler is not creating exes but check the following things:
1. Do you have any antivirus, antispyware or similar security software running? It may be blocking the Macro Scheduler compiler. Try disabling ALL security software and then try compiling again. Any help? If it IS your security software make sure it is fully up to date and whitelist the Macro Scheduler compiler (msrt.exe).
2. Are you compiling to a location that you have write access to? Try selecting a different folder.
3. Go to your Macro Scheduler program folder (usually c:\Program Files\Macro Scheduler 11) and locate the UPX.EXE file. Rename it to UPX.BAK. Try recompiling. Any improvement?
As stated in our replies to your support emails (assuming you are the same person) if you have no luck with the above we can arrange a time when we can hook up by skype or phone and BeamYourScreen and run through this with you on your desktop.

Just as an update for anyone else interested, we have identified a problem compiling on Chinese Simplified version of Windows and have been working on a solution which I hope will be available very soon.
