Adobe silent install script

Post by Tacobell » Mon Apr 30, 2007 7:20 pm

Hello,

I`ve been given a task to re-install Adobe 7.0.7 silently on 700 Workstations. I have no idea how to script to make the deployment easier. Could someone please help me? I need a post with a silent Adobe 7.0.7. script that will install Adobe Reader on XPSP2 Workstations.

You'd need to look at the Adobe docs. I expect you just need to specify the correct command line parameters to the installer. But this is a question for Adobe, not us. Check out http://www.adobe.com.

Of course, if you then want to run that command line from Macro Scheduler we'd be happy to help, but to begin with you need to consult Adobe to determine what installer params are needed.

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?
