Copying files to a website

Post by SBumgard » Fri Mar 31, 2006 7:28 pm

I'm looking for an easy way to copy a file to the web on a daily basis. I have access to the web and access to the file.

I thought that maybe the HTTPRequest function would work for me, it told me that I was using the wrong method.

Can anyone help me on this??

Any thots would be nice.

Thanks.

Do you have FTP access to the webserver? If so FTPPutFile is what you need, the details are in the program Help.

FTP

I already tried to use this one. But the people I am trying to do this for said that the file is not going to an FTP site but actually into a web.

Is there any provision for copying directly into a web??

I think we need more information to understand what you are trying to do.

Maybe you mean this is a webpage that normally takes manually entered data and you are trying to enter that data automatically from a file?
