I agree... except for the smiley...

Do a search for "Norton Removal Tool" and download from the Symantec site. Its the only way (other than firearms) that I'm aware of to remove the Norton virus.

Norton is the most difficult product to be uninstalled. It leaves behind multiple entries in Windows registry and folders in c:\Program Files\Common Files. Avoid Norton by all means.
