View System Windows not displaying the last character

The "Tools/View System Windows" is sometimes not displaying the
last character of text propertly.

This initially caused me to incorrectly assume many times that I could not detect the text using the "GetControlText" command because I was using the "find" feature within the View System Windows, and it never located the text I was looking for. Now I know to leave off the last character when using "find", and it finds it most of the time now.

As an example, here is an entry from "View System Windows"

9897274 - TwwDBLookupComboDlg "Thompso"

The control actually contains the text "Thompson", and I can use GetControlText to retrieve the entire text correctly.

and greatest release.
