i need to get into a specific field on an internet explorer page. can i set the focus to a field on the page using vbscript.

Shows you how to navigate to a page with IE. You can then either focus IE and Press TAB sufficient times to get to the field to give it keyboard focus, or populate the fields directly as shown in the second example.
