shift esc wont stop ms in vista
I cant stop ms in vista without opening up Windows Task Manager and pressing the end process key.
Has anyone else had this happen?
If anyone has a solution please reply.
Thank again.

I assume you mean that you can't stop a running script by pressing shift + esc. Have you checked to be sure the default setting for stopping a script didn't get changed to something other than shift + exc? From the Macro Scheduler menu, select "tools" then "options". What is the key combination listed for "Stop Running Scripts With:"?
If this doesn't resolve it, I'd suggest a reinstall.

No
No The combination has not changed and No it's not the script.
It wont work on any of my scripts.
I had ms installed on my xp machine and when I went to vista the combination stoped working. I imported all my scripts from an external hard drive, so they havent changed other than changing the paths to the folders.
Are you running vista?
Thanks for the feedback.

We're running Vista here, and Macro Scheduler is now developed and tested under Vista and we've had no problems with using any of the methods for stopping running macros. Does the problem occur every time, even after a reboot?
Try changing the stop key sequence under Tools/Options to something other than the default SHIFT+ESC. Please try a different value and see if it makes any difference.
Can you stop running macros from the tool bar, main menu, or system tray menu?

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?

Yes, I can stop it by right click and stop. Can you stop running macros from the tool bar, main menu, or system tray menu?
Unfortuently this would prevent any script from running hidden.
I'm opening the Windows task Manager to close the script now.
Worth mentioning is the Shift + Esc will work at times when I run the script not compiled, just straight from MS Editor
