The first is to an old announcement for version 8 when it was released. Ancient! The old announcement board is no longer used - the blog replaced it, so has been disabled, although it still exists and admins can view it.

The first doesn't exist at all. It doesn't exist in the old forum either (we still have access to the old forum database). It could be another very old post from a forum that was deleted long ago.

I'm confident that all posts that were available on the old forum prior to the switch on Monday are still available on the new forum. When we imported the post count was identical.
