Recording macro stops IE popup windows from running

This may be a program bug if not I need some help

I am recording a macro of a toshiba network camera.
the camera uses IE as the interface. it requires multiple windows open to
function properly.

I can run the camera manually and all the pop up windows work.

When I attempt to record however no additional window is allowed to pop up.
as soon as I stop the recording process pop ups work.

for further information if I run a script created a while ago on a slightly older build of macro scheduler the script works and the windows pop up as they should. build version is 11.1.18

Any help would be very greatly appreciated.
