McAfee & SendMail

Post by Courage » Thu Nov 29, 2007 2:15 am

Hi, I need to create an exception on our MCafee firewall, so I can use the function smtpsendmail, does anybody knows what's the name of the EXE file which runs this? I tried to find smtpsendmail.exe but didn't found any.

thanks

If it's a macro compiled to an .exe, then the firewall needs to allow the mail to be sent by the .exe, if it's a macro running under macroscheduler then it's msched.exe. In neither case is it a separate program.
