after hitting RECORD button my mouse won't click on anything

Post by tchite » Fri May 16, 2008 6:18 pm

Hi,

I'm trying to use the RECORD button in version 8.0.3.

After hitting the RECORD buttton I then move my mouse
over to what I want to click on and I can't. Actually I can't
click on anything.

As soon as I do a CNTL-ALT-DELETE to break out of the
RECORD function, Macro Scheduler stops recording and
my mouse function returns instantly.

I've used the RECORD function before but it didn't start
removing access to the mouse buttons until now.

Don't know what to do now.

Looking for ideas. Should I reinstall Macro Scheduler? I've
already tried rebooting. This has been a problem for about
a month now.

Do you have any anti-spyware software running? Some confuse Macro Scheduler's macro recorder with a key logger and prevent it from recording. If you have anti-spyware/anti-virus/anti-malware type software try disabling it and see if you can then record. If so, re-enable your security software and then set it to ignore/allow Macro Scheduler.
