computer beep?

When I empty my recycle bin, I get a small computer beep which doesn't come through my speakers, it comes directly out of my computer box/case. Can you put a message on a second monitor?

Hi,

I have two monitors and can't seem to place messages onto my second monitor. I was hoping MSG_XPOS would work, but it only works for the first monitor. Is this a known bug? Is there some sort of a workaround?
