I have a drop down menu from which to choose the month (January, February, etc..)

How can I go about choosing the current month?

Quick question, I have searched for a while.

How can I get yesterdays date to be entered in a form?

so far:

getdate>date
send>date

that puts todays date into the field. How do you make it do yesterdays? Thanks I appreciate it a lot!
