Re: Sort Media files by star rating

That's part of what I don't know.
I don't know if it is part of the file properties or exif data. I was hoping someone else
had tackled that issue already.

the file types are mostly .avi or mp4 or wmv

Sort Media files by star rating

Good afternoon.
I have been searching the forum for a solution to this one with no real luck.

What I want is to sort and move a large number of video files based on the rating.
In the Properties it is listed under details.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

I want to keep it all in MacroScheduler just because it is part of a rather extensive process that is already set up. I am handling about 3000 images per day so keeping it all in one is what I would like to do if possible. If I could get a better handle on the file structure of exif that would help....

Thanks VERY much

Sort of the way I was going but was never going to get there.

Works exactly like I want it to.

All filenames are lowercase by default so no need to adjust that.

You are all on my Christmas list for valuable prizes and fancy trips to exotic locations

Thanks again

Hmm

I should have spotted that one but help from a Humble man is always appreciated.

It's not a perfect solution but I like it and I think I can work with it.

Thanks very much

Move only subfolders

Hi

I have been searching the DB for an answer to this one but with no luck.

I need to move only subfolders (with all files in that subfolder) from a specific directory and leave any files that are in the main directory

Any help would be great.

Thanks
