Works fine now. I only had to stay clear of the "PushButton" command - vdubmod doesn't like it. Thanks!

Virtualdubmod opens The "Save As" window first. No problems. Then, by pressing "Change" in the "Save As" window, The "Select video compression" is displayed. That window is the trouble window. Msched just halts.

I'm tired of doing the same thing over and again in vdubmod, so I tried to make a macro. When the application opens, everything works fine. Msched presses F7 and the "Save As" window opens. The support phones - not for real?
Since I have bought a product I am not allowed to download, I tried all day to phone the support phones - both UK and US, but both of them are hooked up to answering machines.
This is certainly not my idea of fun, using a whole day trying to reach so called support.
Have you experienced the same?

Where is my copy?
I have been using MSCHED for quite a few years now, and wanted to upgrade to 7 something. I bought the upgrade, but when I wanted to retrieve it, my email adress was not acknowledged. I have mailed the support but no response. Anybody here experienced the same?
