Workflow-Designer (In Pro)

I am super curious as to why Workflow-Designer is only found in the Enterprise version of MS.

I can see how this handy awesome tool would be to use, but only if I am Enterprise... ?

I just don't see how it's Enterprise only. I can see how it's not Lite and not even Standard, but only Enterprise?

I'd love to see it added to Pro.

I had no idea about this feature, it looks really great. Maybe this could be offered as an Add-On to the Pro package.
