Hi,
I have macro scheduler 6.2. Love it.
My problem is that Internet Explorer is unpredictable in its timing of when the "LAN Settings" button shows up. Sometimes it takes a second and sometimes it takes 15 secs. Is there a way to wait for the appearance of the button in NON-FADE mode before executing the rest of the macro ?
Here's my simple script:
CapsOff
MouseMove>83,752
LDown
Wait>0.16
LUp
Wait>1.92
// STOP PROCESSING
Press Esc
Wait>0.80
MouseMove>434,475
Press Esc
Press ALT
Wait>0.64
MouseMove>83,752
Send Character/Text>t
Wait>0.12
Release ALT
Wait>0.26
Send Character/Text>o
Wait>0.29
Send Character/Text>o
Wait>0.41
Press Enter
Wait>0.74
Press CTRL
Wait>0.26
Press Tab
Wait>0.48
Press Tab
Wait>0.34
Press Tab
Wait>0.67
Release CTRL
Wait>14.15
Press ALT

Send Character/Text>l

Waiting for a button to be active ...
Hi,
Use WaitPixelColor - use a pixel on the text of the button as it will change from grey to black.
Also see: http://www.mjtnet.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6 for solutions to a similar problem.

thanks a million
Used your Help menus and got some info about WaitReady. It will work better as it is a tad simpler than waitpixelcolor.
Great program you've got there !!!
I'm showing off your program to others at work !!
Thanks again for your prompt reply.
